Lost, Damaged or Missing Package

Be sure to verify your shipping address before placing your order. PO.P is not responsible for re-shipment fees for orders that are returned to our warehouse with incorrect delivery addresses due to customer oversight or error. Be wary of auto fill in certain browsers -- we see a lot of mistaken ship-to addresses because of this! We are happy to dispatch your order again with the corrected address, but the customer will be responsible for a flat rate re-ship charge of $5. If the order was sent using expedited shipping, the customer is responsible for the full value of that service to reship. 

Porch and stoop piracy have become an increasingly serious issue in the world of online ordering. Due to the ever-increasing volume of such incidents, PO.P is not able to replace orders that are lost, stolen, damaged or missing. PO.P is responsible for tendering your order safely and securely to the carrier, in most cased Fedex or USPS. Once your order is in the custody of the courier, PO.P cedes responsibility for your package to the carrier. We strongly encourage you to purchase the NAVIDIUM shipping protection available as an option at checkout to protect your order while in transit and upon delivery.
