As Polarn O. Pyret USA prepares to exit the U.S. market, our return policy has been updated.

• Only orders placed on or before December 1, 2025 are eligible for return.
• All orders placed on or after December 2, 2025 are FINAL SALE — no returns or exchanges. The below policy applies only to orders made on or before December 1.
• Customer credits can still be issued for eligible returns, but MUST be used by December 30, 2025, which is the final day PO.P USA will process online orders.
• As of December 31, 2025, the website will no longer process transactions, and customer credits will no longer be usable.

Return Policy for Orders Placed On or Before December 1, 2025

30-Day Return Window – Refund or Customer Credit

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for:

• A refund to the original form of payment, or
• A customer credit, which must be redeemed by December 30, 2025

We do not offer exchanges. To obtain another size or item, return the original and place a new order.

How to Initiate a Return

• Returns must be initiated through your customer account. Guest checkout orders cannot be processed for return.
• A prepaid return label is automatically generated. The label fee is $7.45, deducted from your refund or credit.
• If you prefer to use your own postage, initiate the return first, then contact us so we can cancel the prepaid label.
