Delivery
All items are shipped using either FedEx Ground or USPS. We strongly encourage our customers to select Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout to safeguard their purchase should it go lost, stolen, damaged or missing. PO.P will no longer replace orders with such statuses unless the customer has selected Navidium.
- A flat rate of $5.95 is used for all standard ground shipments per address within the Continental United States (48 contiguous states).
- For order values of $65 and above per address, standard ground shipping is free in the Continental U.S.
- All standard ground deliveries requiring a signature must be specified by placing a comment at checkout in the comments box. Signature required services are an additional $5 per order.
- CANADA: See section below for specific terms regarding shipments to Canada.
- NOTE: Expedited shipping is no longer available as we wind down our operations in the United States. The brand will cease to operate in the U.S as of the end of 2025.
The $65 spending threshold applies to merchandise only. Navidium Shipping Protection and additional shipping & handling costs do not count toward the qualifying amount. The free shipping promotion and associated terms and conditions are subject to change at Polarn O. Pyret USA’s sole discretion.
Please allow 5-7 business days (excluding holidays) for your order to reach you. During the Black Friday Cyber Monday period, fulfillment and shipping times could exceed this estimate. Multiple items ordered together may be shipped separately. If an item is back-ordered, we will ship the back-ordered item as soon as it becomes available at no extra charge.
All tracking information for your delivery will be sent to your email account as long as you provide a working email address.
Express Shipping (No Longer Available)
As we prepare for our withdrawal from the U.S. market at the end of 2025, expedited and express shipping services are no longer offered.
All orders now ship via our standard delivery service for all in-stock merchandise.

Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax on all purchases sent to addresses within the state of New York, Connecticut and Minnesota, where applicable. Due to the rapidly changing landscape in terms of online sales tax applicability, you may find that we levy sales tax on your purchase even though your state is not explicitly included here. Should you have questions regarding the sales tax status of your particular state, please contact us at customer service.
Cancelled Orders
Please note that most orders cannot be cancelled, even with prompt notice, as they typically enter fulfillment right away. Cancellation requests will be reviewed, but it is unlikely that changes can be made once an order has been submitted.
Orders to Canada
7-11 days transit minimum. $29 flat rate fee shipping. Free shipping promotions are not available to the Canadian market. Polarn O. Pyret USA does not pre-pay fees associated with customs duties or border taxes for Canada bound shipments. The customer is responsible for these and any other associated fees and is advised to check current rates before placing any orders. Any returns will be at the customer's expense. Shipments that are refused by the customer and sent back will incur up to a 50% restocking fee. NOTE: due to our exit from the North American market at the end of 2025, the last day to place an order with shipping to Canada is: December 01, 2025.
Orders to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories
A flat shipping rate of $8.95 applies to all orders sent to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories. Please note that these orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions.
