Before 30 Days – Full Refund

Return requests need to be initiated from your customer account. Please do not check out as a guest as you will not be able to initiate returns without an account. Our system does not support exchanges; rather you would return the item via your customer account and initiate a new purchase for the desired item.

Paid return label usage is assumed when your return is initiated from your customer account. The service charge for the return label is $7.45 and it will be deducted from the value of your return. Should you wish to use your own postage, you will need to contact us at customer service here  after you have initiated your return and we will cancel your prepaid return label.

If not completely satisfied with your Polarn O. Pyret purchase, you can return merchandise for up to 30 days from date of purchase. Returns made within 30 days of original purchase receive a full credit back to the original form of payment. All items must be returned in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, it can take up to 7 days for it to be processed.

Items purchased from our Outlet or Overstock categories (ending in $0.98) are not eligible for return(or exchange) nor are items purchased at Sample Sale events.

If the returned item brings the total order value under the amount required for free shipping, the shipping charge will be subtracted from the return. Gift wrap charges and Navidium Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable. No price adjustments on previous purchases.

If a return of merchandise or gift items are made without an original receipt, order number or packing invoice, merchandise credit will be issued at the lowest selling price of the given item(s) as long as the items are still live in our inventory system and the return falls within a valid timeline.

The amount of the merchandise credit you are eligible to receive will be communicated to you via the email we have on file for your account. If you opt out of receiving our emails, we will not be able to communicate with you.

Please enclose your return with a copy of your packing list enclosed along with the reason for the return. Returns should be made in the smallest packaging possible to accommodate the item for efficiency and carbon footprint reduction.

We cannot be responsible for packages that do not arrive for return, so we highly recommend you insure your return for the full value of the purchase as well as make sure you have a tracking number when using your own postage.

If an item is defective or you received an incorrect item, please Email us or call us at 1-877-POP-KID1 or 1-877-767-5431. This must be done within a 30 day window or we will not be able to address the issue for you. We understand that sometimes items are bought in advance for a child and tucked away for future use, but you must inspect these items within the given 30 day window or we will not be able to assist you.

Returns after 30 Days – Merchandise Credit

If you return a valid item after 30 days from the date of purchase, a merchandise credit will be issued to your account at the current selling price. All items must be returned in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached.

Returns after 60 Days

We will not be able to process any type of return after 60 days. Please ensure that if you would like to make a return that you do so within the available 60 day window. All items must be returned in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached.

Exchanges

Our system does not support exchanges; rather you would return the item via your customer account and initiate a new purchase for the desired item. 

Re-Stocking Fee

At our discretion, a re-stocking fee of between 10 and 25% may be charged in certain instances. These instances include but are not limited to the following types of scenarios: missing tags, damaged packaging, unknown order number, PO.P merchandise purchased outside of the U.S.A, items returns with no identifying order or RMA numbers, items that are sold as a set but not returned complete. If you are concerned your return may incur a re-stocking fee, reach out to us here for more information prior to initiating your return.

Returning a Gift

Contact us here if you are trying to return a gift or contact us via CHAT. Have the following information available when you contact us: gift giver’s name, order number, and items you wish to return. All gift items will need to be returned as close to 30 days from your time of receipt as possible. All gift items will be returned for customer credit only at the current selling price. If gift items were purchased outside of the 60 day window and/or are no longer available in our catalog, we may not be able to accommodate your return. To return gift items, we can email you a return label or you can use your own postage. We do charge a nominal fee of $7.45 for return labels. The charge for the label will be deducted from the value of your return. We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Return Labels Available

Return labels are available for a nominal fee of $7.45 and will be e-mailed to you once you initiate your return in your customer account. Be sure to check your email junk file for your email with the label prior to contacting us. If you prefer to send your return back at your own expense, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization at customerservice@polarnopyretusa.com. Canadian orders are not eligible for the return label service. Polarn O. Pyret is not liable for returns using your own postage which go missing in transit.   

Free Returns

Note that customers whose returns are within the 30 day window of eligibility and accept a customer credit in lieu of refund to original form of payment, can qualify for a free return label. The standard charge is $7.45 for the label service. Should you wish to pursue this option for customer credit and a free return label, contact us here after you have initiated your return in your customer account.
