Delivery
All items are shipped using either FedEx Ground or USPS. We strongly encourage our customers to select Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout to safeguard their purchase.
- A flat rate of $5.00 is used for all standard ground shipments per address within the Continental United States (48 contiguous states).
- For order values of $65 and above per address, standard ground shipping is free in the Continental U.S.
- Polarn O. Pyret USA is unable to ship Express orders to P.O. Box or A.P.O. addresses at this time.
- All standard ground deliveries requiring a signature must be specified by placing a comment at checkout in the comments box. Signature required services are an additional $5 per order.
- CANADA: See section below for specific terms regarding shipments to Canada.
The $65 spending threshold applies to merchandise only. Gift certificates, gift cards, taxes, gift wrap services, Navidium Shipping Protection and additional shipping & handling costs do not count toward the qualifying amount. The free shipping promotion and associated terms and conditions are subject to change at Polarn O. Pyret USA’s sole discretion.
Please allow 5-7 business days (excluding holidays) for your order to reach you. Multiple items ordered together may be shipped separately. If an item is back-ordered, we will ship the back-ordered item as soon as it becomes available at no extra charge. Your credit card will not be charged until the item is shipped. Please note that during periods of high volume, such as our seasonal sales, the wait period for delivery may be extended.
All tracking information for your delivery will be sent to your email account as long as you provide a working email address.
Express Shipping
Expedited delivery service is available for a surcharge Monday through Thursday for all in-stock merchandise. Orders must be received by 12:30 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday through Thursday for next day delivery. Orders received after 12:30 pm Eastern Standard time on Thursday will ship out on Friday for Monday delivery. Please use the following table to understand what surcharge will apply to your delivery for expedited shipping. Please note that express packages are delivered only MON-FRI.

Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax on all purchases sent to addresses within the state of New York, Connecticut and Minnesota, where applicable. Due to the rapidly changing landscape in terms of online sales tax applicability, you may find that we levy sales tax on your purchase even though your state is not explicitly included here. Should you have questions regarding the sales tax status of your particular state, please contact us at customer service.
Cancelled Orders
You may cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. To cancel an order, please Email us and include your name, order confirmation number, and telephone number. You may also call us at 1-877-POP-KID1 or 1-877-767-5431.
Orders to Canada
7-11 days transit. $29 flat rate fee shipping. Expedited shipping, Gift wrap services, and reduced threshold or free shipping promotions are not available to the Canadian market at this time. Polarn O. Pyret USA does not pre-pay fees associated with customs duties or border taxes for Canada bound shipments. The customer is responsible for these and any other associated fees and is advised to check current rates before placing any orders. Any returns will be at the customer's expense.
